About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global consultancy and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Graduate Nuclear Safety Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of major accident hazard safety assessments, performing consequence and risk modelling, and participating in hazard study workshops. You will also have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with clients and contribute to business and service development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of major accident hazard safety assessments in the nuclear sector
- Perform consequence and risk modelling across a wide range of hazard types
- Participate in hazard study workshops, including HAZOP/HAZID/ALARP/LOPA/FMEA
- Develop risk assessment tools and contribute to business and service development
- Learn how to plan and manage workload across multiple projects to ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction
To be considered for this role, you will need to have, or be on course for achieving, a relevant degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject, such as Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or other related field. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing a career in nuclear safety and risk assessment, and who are eager to learn and develop their skills and knowledge.
