Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety records, including documentation and reports, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support to ISO Manager: Assist the ISO Manager in maintaining audit schedules, reports, and registers related to health and safety in manufacturing and operations.
- System Management and Compliance: Ensure the effective management of health and safety systems, checking compliance, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support to H&E Lead and Advisor: Provide administrative support to the H&E Lead and Advisor, including record-keeping and data management.
- Compliance with ISO Requirements: Ensure compliance with all Reds10 ISO requirements, including company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions, and actively working towards objectives.
- Manage the H&S Inbox: Manage the health and safety inbox, flagging urgent or sensitive queries.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for the Health and Safety team, redirecting, signposting, and gatekeeping where necessary.
- System Maintenance and Updates: Maintain and update health and safety systems, documentation, templates, and filing systems.
- Data Management: Collate data for reports regarding KPIs, AFR, LTI, and other relevant health and safety metrics.
- New Starter Induction: Manage the new starter induction process, ensuring that all new employees receive comprehensive health and safety training and induction.
- Project Administration: Support with the administration and coordination of various projects, including the occupational health program.
- Training and Development: Assist the Learning and Development Advisor with booking and arranging training courses, including health and safety training for factory and site teams.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in undertaking administrative duties in an office environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to write and express information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, dealing effectively with complex and competing demands.
- Confidentiality: Ability to work independently and handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and other systems.
- H&E Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation is an advantage but not essential.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, with regular performance reviews.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday (pro-rata), with 3 days kept back for Christmas.
