Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives and driving growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including Regeneration, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Industrial, and Commercial Developer schemes.
- Delivering high-quality cost management services and ensuring that deliverables meet clients' requirements.
- Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting cost estimates and option studies to clients.
- Advising on procurement strategies and ensuring that clients receive the best value for their investments.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues, ensuring that clients are fully informed and compliant.
- Mentoring and coaching employees to ensure their continued growth and development.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification.
- Proven experience in cost management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong ICT skills, with proficiency in a range of software applications.
