Supportive Living Assistant

Compensation: £11.50 per hour
As a Supportive Living Assistant with Sanders Senior Living, your role will be to enhance the daily lives of residents, ensuring they receive the exceptional care they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include providing discreet personal assistance and fostering a nurturing environment where residents can thrive, all within a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. You will be part of a shift rotation that includes working alternate weekends.
While prior experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Your natural empathy and caring demeanor will be essential in this role.
Possessing an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a commitment to pursue this qualification is encouraged.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver outstanding person-centered care are vital.
