As a Junior Category Merchandising Associate within our Commercial division, you will engage with one of our most dynamic categories and leading technology brands. Our Merchandising teams play a crucial role in achieving category objectives by fostering strong relationships with suppliers and analyzing performance metrics. You will be integral to our success, supporting the Category Merchandiser in driving category outcomes. This role offers a wealth of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, and our supply chain to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, inventory, profit margins, and markdowns.
  • Analyze sales forecasts utilizing historical data, seasonal patterns, and market insights.
  • Track weekly performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to ensure effective in-season strategies and optimal product availability across our stores.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Prior experience in Merchandising, preferably within consumer goods, technology, or related sectors.
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) in fields such as Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, or Business.
  • Familiarity with merchandise planning systems like SAP, Compass Planning, or similar tools.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
