About the Role

A leading construction company, A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, including tendering and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a civil engineering project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
