Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Director to join our growing commercial team at Quest Search and Selection Ltd. As a Digital Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and selling integrated packages to clients, including white papers, social media, display advertising, thought leadership content, email marketing, and event sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed revenue & KPI targets consistently.
- Research the marketplace to become a centre of knowledge in all areas.
- Interact with clients via phone, video call, and face-to-face meetings.
- Business Development focused, utilizing LinkedIn, sales navigator, ZoomInfo, and lead generation reports to aid outreach.
- Brilliant listening and questioning skills - understanding client's explicit business needs and requirements.
- Create bespoke and targeted proposals to meet client needs.
- Regular communication with key clients during events and agenda.
- Accurately report pipeline / revenue forecasting (from proposals to pitches to signed deals).
- Ensure return and repeat business and a fourth front of negotiations and proposals.
- Accurate reporting of activity via our Salesforce CRM and to line management.
- Represent the business at events with a high degree of professionalism in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including other Account Directors, Managers, Content & Operations Team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management/Business Development within a Digital & Sponsorship.
- Comfortable with new business delivery and managing lead activity.
- Experience in a cross-section of commercial events.
- Established contacts, new and innovative products, and ideas.
- Experience in creating business sales plans.
- Experience as a point of contact for client campaigns and event delivery.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and maximize profits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
