About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Full Time Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Newport.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
