We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to welcome guests at our Cockermouth Premier Inn. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to ensure a warm and memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
