Pharmacist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at a brand-new store in Gloucester. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to the community.

Our client is a dynamic and independent pharmacy group committed to excellence in patient service and professional development. With a network of pharmacies and a dedicated team of over 20 Pharmacists, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will support the business as a Pharmacist on a full-time, permanent basis, working 4 weekdays (8:30am to 6:30pm) & Saturdays (9am to 1pm). Salary of up to £62,000 DOE, plus an excellent benefits package including a bonus scheme based on services & branch performance, pension, GPhC fees paid, free onsite parking and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pharmacy operations, working alongside Technicians, ensuring accurate preparation and labelling of medicines.
  • Maintain quality control over medications through vigilant monitoring of drug therapies and providing expert interventions.
  • Execute medication dispensing tasks, including compounding, packaging, and labelling medicines.
  • Effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences, including the general public and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Master's degree in Pharmacy coupled with completed pre-registration training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
