Pharmacist Role in Independent Pharmacy Group

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at an independent pharmacy group in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community.

About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you will be based at our brand-new store in Gloucester, working a full-time, permanent schedule with a mix of weekdays and Saturdays. You will support the business in delivering high-quality patient services and contribute to the growth and development of our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pharmacy operations, working alongside technicians to ensure accurate preparation and labelling of medicines.
  • Maintain quality control over medications through vigilant monitoring of drug therapies and providing expert interventions.
  • Execute medication dispensing tasks, including compounding, packaging, and labelling medicines.
  • Effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences, including the general public and healthcare professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy coupled with completed pre-registration training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
