Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people in our secure accommodation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good general education and a willingness to undertake relevant training up to Level 3/4 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people
