Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects that meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in engineering and project management
