Job Overview

At TE Connectivity Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Project Management Teams, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead risk assessment activities and implement risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office to develop project business cases.
  • Define project requirements and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and escalate issues, and manage project change controls.
  • Coordinate with global teams in engineering and manufacturing within a regulated environment.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely procurement of goods.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' leadership experience in regulated project environments.
  • Proven success in delivering customer-facing product development projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive decisions independently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management preferred.
