Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Kier Group. This role will play a crucial part in providing financial support to our local and regional management teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial support to management teams, ensuring cost capture is optimized and margins are met.
- Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting, including contract performance, productivity analysis, and cost base.
- Control balance sheet, reconciliation process, and cash reporting, ensuring robust control of CVRs, balance sheet, and working capital.
- Partner with Commercial teams to prepare short to medium-term forecasts and provide insight and analysis on performance drivers.
- Hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be final stage part-qualified.
- Excellent commercial knowledge and experience in a Construction environment, with project accounting experience (Water industry preferred).
- Advanced data analytic and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
