About The Role

New Road is a 5-bed supported living service in Peterborough providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.

Our supported living service gives individuals the opportunity to live an independent lifestyle and develop and practice independent living skills. We provide as much or as little care as is needed, and our team is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
  • Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
  • Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
  • Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
