Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients with complex conditions, including spinal cord injury 5/6, suprapubic catheter, bowel intervention, and autonomic dysreflexia. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care and support to meet their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Administering medication and assisting with activities of daily living
  • Helping with meal preparation and domestic duties
  • Maintaining and updating care plans and reports
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license is essential
  • Good professional and personal references
