Senior Procurement Compliance Advisor

Position Overview:

We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Procurement Compliance Advisor to become a vital member of the Leonardo Helicopters team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the overarching Procurement & Supply Chain division, collaborating with a diverse, geographically dispersed team to implement uniform policies and practices, optimize processes and systems, and assist with audit support. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to legal and certification standards at both the Division and Corporate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold Procurement & Supply Chain protocols and guidelines
  • Oversee risk management initiatives and serve as the primary contact for audit activities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
  • Track audit outcomes and ensure timely resolutions
  • Plan and conduct audits to assess process compliance
  • Administer UK release strategies and verify contract compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in Procurement & Supply Chain or Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience in compliance oversight, auditing, or procedural expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Knowledge of best practices in procurement
  • Business insight and a strong commitment to legal compliance
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous
