Senior Procurement Compliance Advisor

Position Overview:

We are pleased to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Procurement Compliance Advisor to become a vital member of the Leonardo Helicopters team. In this role, you will play a key part in the wider Procurement & Supply Chain division, collaborating with a diverse team across various regions to establish uniform guidelines and practices, improve processes and systems, and assist with audit activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to legal and certification standards at both the Division and Corporate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold Procurement & Supply Chain protocols and guidelines
  • Facilitate risk assessment initiatives and serve as the primary contact for audits
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
  • Track audit results and ensure timely resolutions
  • Plan and execute process compliance audits
  • Oversee UK release strategy and contract compliance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in Procurement & Supply Chain or Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience in compliance oversight, auditing, or procedural expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in procurement
  • Strong business insight and dedication to legal compliance
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills
  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous
