Teaching Assistant Job Summary
St Mark's Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and flourishing inclusion department. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.
We are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to providing a high-quality education and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students. If you have experience working with students with special needs and are able to motivate and support them to reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our teaching staff and other support assistants to provide a comprehensive and inclusive education for all students. You will be responsible for supporting students in the classroom, providing individualized support and adapting your approach to meet the needs of each student.

The successful candidate will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks, including a health check, an enhanced DBS check, the Children's Barred List check and satisfactory references.
