About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Complex Support Worker to join our team in Bolton. As a Complex Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the independence of the residents we support
  • Support a full range of daily activities, including cleaning and cooking, days out, and holidays
  • Develop residents' life skills and personal interests
  • Assist with personal care needs and manual handling
  • Support residents with medication
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and contribute to service monitoring requirements

Requirements

  • Passion, caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Patient, calm, and non-judgmental attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read non-verbal cues
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to think on your feet in difficult situations
  • Valid UK Driver's License
