We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful and growing office in central Manchester.
This is a prime opportunity to fast-track your career with a consultancy that is not only established nationwide but is also experiencing exciting growth.
The Company
Our consultancy boasts a strong presence with five offices across the UK and a team of over 250 professionals. The Manchester office is at the heart of our expansion plans, and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in helping the team grow from 10 to 15-20 surveyors in the next year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with Directors on delivering high-value projects of up to £100 million across a diverse range of sectors
- Take charge of projects independently from inception to completion
- Have strong Pre and Post contract experience
- Have previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
- Project Management or Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
