We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our well-established Accountancy Practice in Bolton. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent end-to-end payroll delivery and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple payrolls with ease and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with new payroll legislation and compliance, ensuring seamless implementation for our clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key accounts, providing expert support and guidance on payroll queries
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing or running multiple payrolls, preferably in an Accountancy Practice or Payroll Bureau
  • Proficiency in Sage or other payroll systems is essential
  • Confident in handling client payroll queries and providing expert solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
