They prioritize the internal development of their workforce and are particularly interested in a Site Specialist at any experience level who aspires to enhance their engineering expertise and advance into management roles over time.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects including road construction, intersection enhancements, s278 agreements, structural works, extensive drainage systems, and marine infrastructure.
  • Manage subcontractor activities effectively.

Project Scope:

Project values range from £500k to £15m, all executed as the primary contractor with strong self-delivery capabilities.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Specialist in the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with roadworks, s278 agreements, concrete applications, and deep drainage systems.
  • Proficient in using Total Station/Leica, Topcon, and CAD software.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering) are advantageous.
  • Possession of a CSCS card and a valid driving license.
