About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee, manage, and guide the execution of a comprehensive range of catalogues that are tailored to meet client needs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. You will be accountable for the Catalogue team, focusing on financial management, resource allocation, goal setting, and performance evaluation. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for Supply Chain operations and lead discussions with various groups as required. Your responsibilities will include enhancing catalogue product content and curating content collections that align with key customer demographics and market segments. Establishing robust relationships with significant clients, customer groups, and essential stakeholders will be crucial, as you will engage in regular dialogue to position Leicestershire County Council as a leading provider in its field.

About You

To be considered for this position, you should:

Hold a degree or possess substantial relevant experience Have extensive experience managing a large, diverse team within a medium to large organization to achieve commercial objectives Be adept at overseeing complex catalogue production initiatives across various brands, incorporating input from a wide array of stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional internal teams. Demonstrate a proven history of delivering consistent high performance within budgetary limits and to stringent standards, meeting critical milestones and deadlines. Exhibit the ability to influence and cultivate relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and partners to drive business growth. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying information at all levels through both written and verbal means; capable of presenting to internal and external audiences. Manage risks proactively and take appropriate measures to mitigate them while continuously pursuing innovation and compliance with relevant standards.
