About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee and guide the execution of a comprehensive suite of product catalogues that are tailored to meet client needs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. You will manage the Catalogue team, focusing on financial oversight, resource allocation, goal setting, and performance evaluation. As the primary contact for Supply Chain, you will also lead collaborative panels as necessary. Your responsibilities will include enhancing product content and expanding content ranges to align with key customer demographics and market segments. Building robust relationships with essential clients, customer groups, and stakeholders is crucial, as you will engage in regular communication to position Leicestershire County Council as a leading provider in the sector.
About You
To be considered for this position, you should:
Hold a degree or possess significant relevant experience Have extensive experience managing a large, diverse team within a medium to large organization, driving commercial success Be adept at project-managing intricate catalogue production initiatives across various brands, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and internal teams. Demonstrate a proven history of achieving high performance within budgetary limits and to rigorous standards, meeting strict deadlines. Exhibit the ability to influence and cultivate relationships at senior levels with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to foster business growth. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication at all levels through both written and verbal means; able to present to diverse groups.
