We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
  • Conduct balance sheet reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws
  • Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of the annual audit, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
  • Continuously review and improve financial procedures and key controls, ensuring the highest level of financial integrity
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
Requirements:
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Confidence and ability to work with senior managers, building strong relationships and communicating financial information effectively
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
