## Job Title: Deputy Dialysis Clinic Manager

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior staff nurse to join our team as a Deputy Dialysis Clinic Manager in our Gloucester, Ward 7B clinic. As a key member of our renal care team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, ensuring high standards of patient care and promoting good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.

## Key Responsibilities

* Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes
* Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards

## Requirements

* NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing
* Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills
