Investment Oversight Analyst

The Investment Oversight Analyst role at M&G involves working closely with the Manager Oversight Team to perform comprehensive investment due diligence on both existing and prospective investment managers. Our focus is on evaluating a diverse array of investment manager capabilities while striving to achieve favorable results for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in investment due diligence initiatives, incorporating ESG and Sustainable Investment considerations
  • Develop and sustain investment universes across multiple asset classes
  • Identify high-performing investment opportunities and execute thorough due diligence
  • Analyze market and economic trends to guide investment strategies
  • Enhance knowledge in specific asset classes to improve due diligence processes
  • Foster relationships with investment managers and support distribution teams

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in fund analysis and investment due diligence
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to collaborate within a team
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on both quantitative and qualitative assessments
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to investigate new investment avenues
