Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation in Altrincham. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support and inspire staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve the highest retail standards.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by implementing effective sales strategies and managing stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
