Area Sales Manager

Splunk is a leading provider of unified security and observability solutions. We're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Commercial to join our team and drive business growth in a specific geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partner-first sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers, Systems Engineers, Business Development Reps, and Field Marketing to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and lead sales campaigns to build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions.
- Support Channel Partners in crafting and closing opportunities in new and existing customer accounts.
- Proven track record of developing and growing a territory sales business through successful software and services sales.
- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions, including security, observability, network, AI, and general enterprise applications.
- Strong reputation for exceeding sales quota and delivering against direct sales goals.
- Ability to develop opportunities with net new and existing accounts through prospecting and hunting processes.
- Comfortable in technical discussions and passionate about technology sales.
- Proficient in sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Cognism.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in the local language.
