We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for ensuring that all service users receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to service users with mental health needs
  • Support and supervise junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and treatment programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Requirements:
  • RGN or RMN qualification
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
