The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our pre-press and print services, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the book, comic, and zine markets.
- Product Development: Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones, ensuring products are designed with the end-user in mind, focusing on quality, usability, and efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs and preferences, working with the sales and marketing teams to communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are met, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyzing product performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the print or publishing industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes, excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools and software, knowledge of print production software and processes.
