Risk Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Prudential Risk Lead to join our team at Barclay Simpson. The ideal candidate will have experience across one or more areas of Prudential Risk, as well as some team leading experience.
The role is based in the Leeds/Bradford area, with an expectation to work from the office 2-3 times per month. As a Prudential Risk Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Prudential Risk function, ensuring that our client's risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Prudential Risk function, ensuring effective risk management practices
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are aligned with business objectives
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units
Requirements:
- Experience in Prudential Risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leading
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
