Risk Management Lead

Barclay Simpson is seeking a highly skilled Prudential Risk Lead to join their team in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have experience across one or more areas of Prudential Risk, as well as some team leading experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Prudential Risk teams to ensure effective risk management practices
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Prudential Risk management, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
