Bibby Financial Services Ireland has an exciting opportunity available for a Cash Administrator to join our team in a hybrid contract. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,660.00 per annum, plus excellent benefits.

Purpose of the Cash Administrator Role
To ensure the security and profitability of Bibby Financial Services Ireland through efficient, accurate, and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to.
- Provide coaching and support to other team members.
- Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices, and credit notes.
- Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels.
- Responsible for daily balancing.
- Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation.
Requirements
- Experience working in an office environment in a role that required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes.
- Experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office.
