Job Overview

Christy Media Solutions is seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our database infrastructure, ensuring seamless data management and storage.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to identify and resolve database-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Design and implement database solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business, leveraging your expertise in database modeling and normalization.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, ensuring data integrity and consistency across our systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize our database systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to improve our database infrastructure and processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server and proficiency in SQL commands (DML, DDL).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of database security and archiving.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
