Pension Administrator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Bruin Financial. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a professional and efficient administration service to members of our pension schemes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process Member Benefits

Process members' benefits based on their entitlements under pension scheme rules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Update Pension Administration Systems

Update relevant pension administration systems or databases to ensure accuracy of information and corresponding benefit entitlements.

Member Communication

Communicate member's entitlements and resolve member queries both verbally and in writing, providing exceptional customer service.

Documentation and Support

Document work processes and provide support to other members of the Member Services team, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Project Assistance

Assist with one-off projects, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.

Liaison with External Organisations

Liaise with external organisations on scheme member benefit entitlements, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.

Requirements
