About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Officer to join our team at Swanwick Lodge, a secure children's home in Hampshire. As a Night Care Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and providing care during the night for children with complex care needs, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing.

No formal qualifications are required; you will be provided with the necessary training and support required for the role, as well as opportunities to develop both personal and professional skills.

Our waking night shifts are 21.30pm - 08.00am (10.5 hours per shift).
