Company Overview: Gama Aviation is actively seeking skilled Licensed Engineers to join our Engineering Team for an exciting project in East Midlands. This role involves supporting a high-profile client through a dedicated workforce committed to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic operational setting.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a UK CAA Part 66 B1, B2, or B3 Licence without limitations on airframe or engine, allowing for the addition of Group 3 type rating for the Vulcanair P68R 'Victor'. While preferred candidates will already possess the Group 3 type rating, those with similar qualifications may be considered, as training and type courses can be provided. Experience in mission system operation and maintenance is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee scheduled customer order requirements as a supervising, certifying, or category C engineer.
  • Manage and ensure the quality of work performed in compliance with company processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain required engineering licenses and type ratings, ensuring they are current.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and contacts.
  • Accurately record timekeeping in the relevant software system.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 Licence Category B1, B2, and/or B3.
  • Previous experience in aircraft base maintenance with a broad skill set in servicing, inspection, repair, and modifications.
  • Current recency as required for certifying approval.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
