An exciting opportunity has emerged for a CAA Part 66 B1/B2 or unrestricted B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, focusing on the line operations.
As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will engage in a 12-hour shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts. You will report directly to the Duty Station Maintenance Manager and will be tasked with performing line maintenance on a modern fleet of Embraer 190 aircraft. This includes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as addressing any defects that may arise.
Successful candidates should possess prior experience in a line maintenance setting as a B1 or B1/B2 certifying engineer. A CAA Unrestricted Part 66 B1 or B1/B2 Licence with at least one type rating is essential. While a current Embraer 190 type rating is preferred, type training will be available for qualified candidates.
Demonstrating a solid understanding of current CAA Part 145 procedures is crucial. You should be adaptable to meet operational challenges and utilize advanced technology effectively. Teamwork is vital in this role, and safety will be the cornerstone of all your activities.
