If you are passionate about delivering a vibrant and diverse experience in theatre, film, and dining, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our theatre, cinema screens, café/bar areas, and community rental spaces. This role is crucial for ensuring effective management of our new venue, encompassing strategic planning, financial oversight, staff leadership, and program coordination to guarantee exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of all venue aspects, including cinema, theatre, café/bar, and community events.
  • Inspire and guide staff, providing clear direction and support to team leaders for achieving success.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee revenue management, ticket pricing strategies, and identify additional revenue opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a management position, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong financial skills and a background in budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proven capacity to balance corporate requirements with service delivery needs.
  • Experience in marketing and audience development initiatives.
