Job Summary:
Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mentoring and Employment Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive mentoring and employability service to support young people aged 16 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a systemically informed mentoring and employability program to support young people in achieving their career goals.
- Identify and engage with young residents who are furthest from the labour market and experiencing multiple forms of disadvantage and/or have significant additional support needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local youth and community organizations to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting young people.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the current and developing national context in which Careers information advice and guidance for young adults years old) sits.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful mentoring and employability programs.
- Enhanced DBS is desirable.
