Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Employer Engagement & Business Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our largest clients, meeting income targets, and collaborating with employers, external stakeholders, and college colleagues to support the expansion of our apprenticeship provision and commercial income streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and meet income targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Employer Engagement & Business Development Team to identify new business opportunities
- Work with college colleagues to deliver high-quality apprenticeship provision and commercial services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of the apprenticeship and commercial education sectors
