Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our National team of Consultants and support staff. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sales and will be targeted to develop new client relationships within the Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and lead generation to identify sales opportunities
• Network with potential clients and attend client meetings to present solutions
• Utilize an in-house system to track activity and participate in regional sales events
• Generate new business in line with targets set and cross-sell the services of other divisions
Requirements:
• Educated to A-level standard
• Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
• Be an ambitious character with a high degree of energy and enthusiasm
• Be results driven and goal orientated
