Company Overview:
Reed Property & Construction is looking for qualified Electricians to enhance our dedicated team. This role is essential in maintaining compliance across various commercial settings, including retail spaces, hospitality venues, sports arenas, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and government buildings, along with LED project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in commercial environments.
2. Conduct testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including LED projects.
3. Ensure all repair-related documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid UK manual driving license held for at least 12 months, with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2 qualifications.
- Desirable: City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing certifications.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- JIB Card is preferred.
