Company Overview:
Reed Property & Construction is looking for qualified Electricians to enhance our growing team. This position is crucial for maintaining compliance across various commercial environments, including retail spaces, hospitality venues, sports arenas, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, governmental buildings, and LED project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within commercial settings.
  • Perform testing, inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical systems, including LED projects.
  • Efficiently manage all administrative tasks related to repairs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK manual driving license held for at least 12 months, with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2 certification.
  • Desirable: City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 qualifications for inspection and testing.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace.
  • Desirable but not essential: IPAF and PASMA certifications.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
  • JIB Card is advantageous.
