Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Service Technician to join our team at Inspired. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement equipment and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on amusement equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure Inspired remains at the forefront of amusement equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in amusement equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of amusement equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 3.5-tonne van.
