Role Overview:

As a new Marketing Specialist at Coussins Associates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Development: Assisting in refining value propositions, engaging in projects that capture customer insights, and supporting marketing strategy formulation.
  • Content Creation and Review: Developing original content, proofreading, and editing various written materials, including case studies, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and scripts for multimedia content.
  • Project Coordination: Managing ongoing and ad hoc client projects, tracking progress, organizing your schedule, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Contributing to the development of copy, graphics, and resources for eLearning initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Specialist role will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A degree qualification (or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience), preferably in marketing or copywriting.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, such as Excel, and familiarity with design software like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in copywriting, which can include personal projects or informal content creation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
