- Customer Focused Service: Develop and deliver a customer-focused service to meet or exceed agreed targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to service delivery and data improvement plans.
- Procedure Development: Review, plan, control, and develop procedures and structures to deliver the services.
- Team Performance: Ensure that teams understand deliverables, performance is measured, and appropriate feedback is provided.
- Team Environment: Create and maintain an environment where team members feel valued and receive regular constructive feedback.
- Budget Management: Agree, manage, and achieve budget and expenditure targets.
- Data Quality: Develop plans to ensure Employers & HR/Payroll interfaces continuously improve their data quality.
- BAU Processing: Manage the monthly BAU processing cycle and ensure the compliance model is adhered to.
- Interface Improvement: Ensure interface improvement plans are coordinated and relevant stakeholders are included.
- Team Management Experience: A track record of managing a team responsible for processing high volumes of sensitive data to demanding quality and time constraints.
- Client Management Skills: Excellent client management skills.
